The Institute of Interfaith Dialog organized a Friday Social on "Religious Identity and Civic Responsibility in our American Democracy" by Dr. Robert Hunt, the Director of Global Theological Education at Perkins School of Theology, Southern Methodist University.

Dr. Hunt is an authority on Southeast Asian Christianity, Contemporary Muslim societies and movements, Muslim-Christian relations, inter-religious relations as well as inter-religious and inter-faith dialogue. He teaches courses in contemporary Muslim social and political movements, world religions, mission studies, and inter-religious dialogue
The event was held in First United Methodist Church-Richardson at 503 North Central Expressway, Richardson, TX 75080 on April 13th, at 6 p.m.
