Linda T. Dralin is the Associate Professor of History at University of Arizona, was our guest speaker for the Thursday Social on May 10, 2012. The topic of her talk was "Under the Ottoman Umberalla: The Balkans, Anatolia and the Arab Lands".

IID Corpus Christi held its dinner of Abrahamic traditions on April 26th, 2012. The theme for the evening was "Youth on Peace". The event hosted by Ms. Katy Kiser and Rabbi Kenneth Roseman was well attended with close to eighty people in a very friendly atmosphere. The youth from Jewish, Christian and Muslim faiths made great presentations on their reflection of peace from their respective holy scriptures. Finally the students were congratulated and presented with a token of appreciation by Hon. Thomas Greenwell.

The dinner also featured IID Corpus Christi recognition of media support for KIIITV-Channel 3. The recognition was presented to Mike DaSilva of KIIITV by our host Ms. Katy Kiser.
